Every family should have the opportunity to understand tuition, EFA funding, and payment options before making a decision. Contact us and we will walk through the current details with you personally.

Choose the plan that
fits your family.
EFA direct payment
Approved tuition is paid through the Arkansas EFA platform, ClassWallet, to Day Camp Learning Center Inc.
Families are responsible for confirming that sufficient funds are available in their EFA account.
Flexible payment plan
A monthly payment option may be available for the portion of tuition not covered by approved EFA funds.

Additional fees
Know every cost
before enrollment.
Due upon acceptance and non-refundable.
Applies per student; refund terms are explained during enrollment.
May apply after the stated grace period.
May apply to a returned payment.
Enrollment fees may not be covered by EFA funds unless approved by the program.

Sibling discount
A tuition discount may be available when additional children from the same family enroll.
Paid-in-full discount
A discount may be available for families choosing to pay tuition in full.
Refund policy
Important dates for
withdrawals & refunds.
Registration fees are non-refundable. If EFA funds were used, all applicable refunds are returned to the EFA account in accordance with state guidelines.
Non-refundable enrollment and registration fees are excluded. Contact us for the current policy.
Supply-fee refund terms change after July 1. We will explain the details during enrollment.
After school begins, tuition is not prorated for partial months.
Tuition remains due throughout the notice period, regardless of attendance.
No-refund situations
When refunds do not apply
- Student absences, including illness or vacation
- School closures caused by weather or emergencies
- Dismissal resulting from disciplinary action
- Loss or suspension of EFA eligibility
Mid-year withdrawal
Written notice is required
Families withdrawing mid-year must provide 30 days' written notice. Prepaid tuition beyond that notice period will be returned to the EFA account when applicable.
Program changes
Enrollment changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and administrative approval. EFA billing will be updated in the next billing cycle.
EFA compliance
Working together to
manage EFA funds.
- Provide documentation for EFA-funded expenses.
- Maintain attendance and educational-service records.
- Bill only for services that meet state guidelines.
- Cooperate with state audits or reviews.
- Submit payments through ClassWallet.
- Use funds only for approved educational purposes.
- Confirm sufficient EFA funds are available.
- Pay all balances not covered by EFA funds.
EFA eligibility, award amounts, covered expenses, refund procedures, and timelines are determined by the State of Arkansas. Families remain responsible for all non-covered balances.
